We accept consignment by appointment only from Tuesday to Saturday.
We never accept walk-ins.
Bring in no more than 20 items nicely folded in reusable bags (NO plastic bags) or on hangers. We do not look through more than 20, even if all items aren't taken.
Each appointment takes about 15 minutes, so please plan accordingly. We review items while you sign our Consignor Contract. Items may be rejected if they're stained, soiled, out-of-date, or do not fit with our current inventory.
You will be given access to your online account, where you'll be responsible for tracking the sale of your items.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost due to theft, fire, or flood.

Remember that you are selling to us first. We curate a well-thought-out collection, and only take freshly laundered, quality, current fashion items including:
clothing
outerwear
scarves
hats (fedora, beanie, sun)
jewelry (basic, classic pieces)
handbags, clutches and wallets
shoes, sandals and boots
Items should be in fantastic condition, which means they are free of wrinkles, pet hair, stains, pilling, snags, and heavy fragrances, detergent, and other odors.
Wipe down inside and out of all shoes, empty all pockets, purses and wallets, and ensure necklines, armpits, and crotches are pristine.
Wrinkled, stained, pilled, strong smelling items.
Out of date items (we accept some Vintage, but it is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Fast Fashion brands, especially Shein, Temu, Forever 21, Target (Xhilaration, Merona, Mossimo, etc), Old Navy, H&M, Costco, Fred Meyer (Dip, GNW, etc) Amazon or anything without a brand. Please note this list is not exhaustive.
You accrue Consignor Credit as items sell at 40%, which can be used at any time. For a check payout, you will receive 30%. To request a check, call the store AFTER your contract ends (the date is on your Contract) giving at least 24 hours notice.
You'll either pick up any unsold items within 7 days of the end of your Contract, or we will donate them for you. Unclaimed, expired merchandise left longer than 7 days are donated to Lifelong Thrift.
